Q.  How old do I need to be to take part in H.I.I.T.T and Kick?

 

A.   Due to the type of exercises included in H.I.I.T.T and Kick, we ask that participants are 16 +.

 

Q.  Is H.I.I.T.T and Kick safe?

A.  Yes, providing participants listen to the instructions given by the instructor, H.I.I.T.T and Kick is very safe.

Q.  How fit do I need to be to take part?

A.   H.I.I.T.T and Kick caters for all levels of fitness. You can move at your own pace, providing you feel like you're having a work out, we are happy. We ask every new client to fill out a quick health questionnaire.

Q.  What should I wear?

A.  We suggest comfortable clothing that you would normally wear to a workout class.
